At BCB FOOTBALL ACADEMY the training program is separated into 8 age groups.

 

BCB CCA KIDDY-KICKS

BCB CCA KIDDY-KICKS is our youngest age group. This program instills a love of football and sports early in the child’s development and is focused on fun above all.

  • Learning to move the body: turning, jumping, landing, sprinting.

  • Using all 6 parts of our feet: Sole, toes, outside, inside, heel and laces

  • Communication: learning to listen and learn to give instruction to partner

  • Age Group: 3.5 - 4.5 yrs.

BCB CCA GALAXY JUNIORS

BCB CCA GALAXY JUNIORS program introduces the concept of penetration and confrontation. The program develops players in three different stages:

JUNIORS Level 1

  • Learning the Basic rules of the game, such as direction of play, teams, fouls etc.

  • Dribbling and football core skills.

  • Learning when to Defend and when to Attack in 1v1.

  • Age Group: 4.5 - 5.5 yrs.

JUNIORS Level 2

  • Turning with the ball.

  • Keeping the ball in play in 2v2.

  • Learning of 2 steps technical combos.

  • Application of dribbling techniques.

  • Age Group: 5.5 – 6.5 yrs.

JUNIORS Level 3

  • Learning of 3 steps technical ball mastery combos.

  • Spatial awareness and positioning during match play.

  • Basic understanding of attacking and defending in team play.

  • Introduction to 3v3 match play.

  • Age Group: 5.5 – 6.5 yrs.

 

BCB FA U9 - The Base Phase
  • Introduction to 4v4 and 5v5 small sided match play (the shape of 4).

  • A minimum of 2 matches per months against other clubs.

  • Encourage Passion and Experimentation.

  • Encourage technical training and the most basic building blocks of the game (2v1, 3v2, 4v3).

  • Place no emphasis on winning; instead, develop a passion for the game and its fundamentals.

 

BCB FA U11 – The Improvement Phase
  • Introduction to 6v6 and 7v7.

  • Increased quantity of meaningful training.

  • A minimum of 3 matches per months against other clubs of the same quality.

  • Know how to move with purpose in a football match.

  • Encourage socialization and autonomy.

  • Learning to enjoy physical activities and development.

 

 

BCB FA U13 – The Performance Phase
  • Introduction to high level 7v7 and 8v8.

  • Learning to communicate during a football match.

  • Development of appropriate physical abilities for sports.

  • Development of correct technic and tactical behaviors.

  • Focus on Football Education.

 

BCB FA U15 – The Performance Phase
  • Introduction to high level 7v7 and 8v8.

  • Learning to communicate during a football match.

  • Development of appropriate physical abilities for sports.

  • Development of correct technic and tactical behaviors.

  • Focus on Football Education.

BCB FA Jr Varsity - The Competitive Phase
  • Understanding 11v11. Every player should know how to play every position.

  • Preparing players for football at a higher level.

  • Transitioning between attack and defense.

  • Maximizing collective performance versus individual performance.

  • Development of perception and game analysis.

  • Closing the gap between professional environment and college.

 

BCB FA Varsity - The Elite Phase
  • 11v11 Education.

  • Focus on match situation and creating the thinking player.

  • Raising technical and tactical problems for players to solve.

  • Playing against professional clubs’ academies (Muang Thong FC, Bangkok Glass, Bangkok United).
